About Me
I'm Clay Reddick, a Software Engineer & Project Lead based in Jonesboro, Arkansas (open to remote opportunities). I graduated from Arkansas State University in three years, finishing top of my class as Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2017.
Since January 2017, I've been with Tech Friends as a lead developer and architect on multiple full-stack systems supporting mission-critical correctional software platforms. I've spearheaded flagship initiatives including the Response Software platform (enabling real-time inmate communication) and led development of a custom secure Android OS for correctional environments—including a patent-pending web content filtering solution.
I'm passionate about building efficient systems that empower users and simplify complex processes. As a rapid learner and strong communicator, I thrive in team environments where I can collaborate on innovative solutions while mentoring others. Beyond my full-time role, I actively take on freelance projects across web, mobile, and IoT domains.
